 This Combat Hook Spear is made with a high-carbon steel spear head and steel shaft.

Hook Spears are identical to regular spears in their construction, with the addition of a hook or barb protruding near the base of the spear head.

This hook is useful in both capturing an opponent's limbs and capturing their weapons, allowing them to be pulled off the center-line and followed up with a quick forward thrust of the spear.

This spear is shipped with unsharpened edges, though the points are sharp. However, they are capable of holding an edge and can be sharpened at the owner's discretion.
