This Traditional ninja weapon.

* The Ninja Shogee has solid steel construction (13 in.) with a 10 Ft. long chain.

The way the ninja would use this weapon is they would throw the chain at the samurai (or whoever was the opponent) and tie up the sword so it could not be easily wielded and then rush in with the knife hook.
