These Monkey King Staffs can be used for vaulting and have been tested to do pull ups of 220 lbs. without bending. Note that there is no ball-bearing inside of this staff.

This staff is recommended for practice of Monkey-style staff as well as any traditional style kung fu.

It is heavier than most wood staffs of the same length.
