Yin Yang Tai Chi Sword is made by the historical Long Guang Shen Sword Factory.  These straight swords are individually hand forged and specifications can slightly vary with each sword. The Yin Yang Tai Chi Swords are well balanced and can be used for everyday practice, demonstrations, and competitions.

Blade: The Yin Yang Tai Chi Sword has a flexible blade made of hand-forged, high carbon steel. The blade is hollow-ground, and is stiff coming from the hilt, becoming flexible in approximately the last third portion of the blade.  The balancing point is at the guard or up to 1.5" on the blade from guard depending on the blade length. There is a seven-star Little Dipper constellation engraved on one side, and "Shen Guang Long" engraved on the other.

Scabbard and Fittings: The scabbard and handle are made of Pear Blossom Wood, and the fittings on both the scabbard and sword are made of alloy.

The Yin Yang Tai Chi Sword includes a free tassel and free sword carrying case that cannot be exchanged.
