This Natural Oak Bokke is a Japanese wooden sword used for training and is intended to be used in Kata and to acclimate the wielder to the feel of a real sword.

The bokken is an inexpensive and safe substitute in comparison to a real sword in several martial arts such as kendo, aikido, and kenjutsu.

Any training with the bokken should be done with due care as injuries involved with a bokken are very close to those caused by clubs.

Oak wood practice sword comes with plastic guard.
