We ordered two swords, but received only one. Seller agreed to send us the missing sword, but we haven't heard from him for almost two months.

I can't seem to edit my previous review, so I'm voting 5 stars now to balance out.
Right after leaving this rating, the product manager contacted me, explained the situation, and we're working towards amending the problem. Not a great overall experience, but it's being corrected.
