Terms & Shipping

No refunds or exchanges are accepted for the following items: Custom Embroidered Items, Custom made products, Books, Videos, used or worn merchandise and Special ordered products. WEAPONS and TRAINING WEAPONS ARE NON-RETURNABLE AND HAVE NO WARRANTY

Merchandise must be returned within 21 days from the date of the invoice. Merchandise must be unused and in its original packaging.  Any uniform that is washed that is sent back for a refund will not be accepted

For orders that are returned to Total M.A Supplies because of refusal or undeliverability, your account will be charged the original shipping charges, and a 20% restocking fee.

When returning an item please include the following: a copy of the original invoice, your name, address, telephone number and credit card number if you used a credit card to pay for your order. Also enclose a note explaining why you are returning the item and what you desire in exchange.

Shipping cost is not refundable.  Customer is responsible for all shipping cost for returns and exchanges.   If a package gets sent back to us from UPS or USPS due to the customer not being home or put in the incorrect address a return to sender fee will be applied to the product refund.

* Shipping available to all residents in the continental US. Time in transit depends on which zone you are located and can range from 4-12 business days .

 * International Priority Mail ships to 190 countries outside the US. Time in transit varies to each country,

Please Allow 2-3 weeks for delivery thru Customs clearance .

* Depending on size and weight, some items may be shipped by other carriers (such as Fedex,Ups) instead of usps.   

Payment Information:
We accept all major credit cards and debit cards. We only ship to the Credit Card Holder’s address or Business.

We do not have C.O.D. service. We accept mail orders payable with either money order or check. Orders paid for with personal check are held for 21 days to insure that the check has cleared.
